Porter House Steak Australia was born from a simple passion shared by a group of friends in Melbourne: the pursuit of the perfect steak. What started as weekend barbecues comparing different cuts from local butchers has evolved into Australia's most comprehensive online resource for porter house steak enthusiasts.

Our journey began in 2019 when our founder, after years of working in the hospitality industry and spending countless hours at cattle stations across Queensland and Victoria, realised there was a significant gap in accessible, trustworthy information about premium beef in Australia.
